The 14th annual Canadian National Andalusian and Lusitano Show and Fiesta will be held August 11 to 13, 2017, at the Westerner Park, Red Deer, AB. The three-day show will offer classes in all disciplines, including halter and flat for purebred and part-bred Andalusians and Lusitanos, as well as a variety of all-breed classes. The first-ever B-rated Working Equitation Canada show will be part of the National Breed show on Saturday August 12. Working equitation is a fast growing equestrian discipline, open to all breeds, testing horses and riders in dressage, ease of handling (obstacles), and a speed class. English and Western dressage for all breeds rounds out the schedule on August 13.

The Fiesta of the Royal Horse will be held on Saturday, August 12. This evening of demos and exhibitions is aimed at entertaining horse lovers of all ages, and the show grand champions will be crowned. A silent auction and stallion services auction will round out the evening.
